The location close to everything including the botanic gardens was great. It was also adjacent to a quiet leafy avenue, the town center and all shopping centres. The breakfast we ordered was delicious and excellent with pots of coffee and ample food available, for example.
The water pressure was poor, it kinda bothered us.

That was modern hotel set in nice quiet area, so close to south Belfast's most prestigious areas, the Botanical Gardens and surrounding tourist attractions. The breakfast with toast, ample food available and juices was lovely and delicious, had so much to choose from. I stayed in the room that was very dirty the toilet had n't been cleaned the wash basin was dirty and available with good shower, twin beds and a shared bathroom. The staff was pretty friendly, outstandingly accommodating, and everything was very comfortable.

The hotel was recently refurbished with very tasty breakfasts. We walked everywhere, the location was particularly good and perfect, to lively areas in South Belfast. Found a place called Manning Inn, set minutes from the venue, ate there a few times.

The bed was extremely comfy, and there were central heating, iron and ironing board, and multi-channel TV too. The location was prime as for me, just off bars and clubs and Belfast and surrounding tourist attractions. Didn't like when it was particularly hot outside, went to Bithika to relax and grab some food. You could leave a car on street. I've had a wonderful stay for 7 nights.
