That was modern hotel set in nice quiet area, so close to south Belfast's most prestigious areas, the Botanical Gardens and surrounding tourist attractions. The breakfast with toast, ample food available and juices was lovely and delicious, had so much to choose from. I stayed in the room that was very dirty the toilet had n't been cleaned the wash basin was dirty and available with good shower, twin beds and a shared bathroom. The staff was pretty friendly, outstandingly accommodating, and everything was very comfortable.

The location was prime as for me, just off bars and clubs and Belfast and surrounding tourist attractions.
